Reinhard Schütte, born in 1967, is married and father of two children.
He studied business administration, graduated and qualified as professor in business informatics at Westphalian Wilhelms-University Muenster.
In the nineties, he was the responsible project manager for various projects on IT realignment as well as reengineering of trading companies. Furthermore, from 1993-1997, he was involved in the design of SAP IS-Retail where he bore conceptual co-responsibility for the new solution for a pilot partner of SAP.
Subsequently, during more than one decade, Reinhard Schütte was responsible i.a. for IT in the management of medium-sized and boards of major trading companies. During this time and in various roles, he bore responsibility for several SAP implementation projects. Most recently he was responsible for EDEKA’s LUNAR program.
Reinhard Schütte has remained focused on problems of trading companies. In the implementation projects – whether as responsible manager or consultant – he was involved in different roles as program manager, project and sub-project manager. During implementations he combines strategic, organisational and architectural aspects of trading companies and focuses on the process-oriented use and design of the systems in order to optimise the benefit of IT.
In his private life, Reinhard Schütte is a passionate endurance sportsman and enthusiastic about music from jazz to classic.
